About M Harvey

Mark Harvey has had 33 years’ experience within the building and civil engineering sectors of the Construction industry working for blue-chip contractors and subcontractors.

He has studied Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at Kings College London, he is a Chartered Civil Engineer a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Wastes managers.

Throughout his career he has been involved in the preparation, negotiation and resolution of claims. He has also been requested to resolve disputes by Clients as a mediator, expert and Adjudicator as well as Chairing dispute boards.

In 2012 he established M Harvey Consulting Ltd and has specialised in providing commercial advice, claims production and negotiation as well as acting for Clients throughout the Adjudication process.
