About This Project
Providing commercial advice to the Project Directors for the Joint Venture consortium of Bam Nuttall, Morgan Sindall and Balfour Beatty (BMB) on the Thames Tideway Super Sewer project. Overseeing the implementation of Cost / Change Control and Budget / Programme Allocation and Integration of the NEC Option C Target Cost contract. Role includes:
- Providing advise, supervision and co-ordination of staff to ensure:
- Correct operation of the COBRA cost management system to generate meaningful cost v earned value reports for submission to the Employer and for internal management procedures.
- Overseeing the Bottom-Up forecasts for estimating the completion costs of the project against budget allowances
- Monthly cost value reporting, assisting with the Change control and Trending processes
- Advice on significant Change events
- Recovery and profit commercial strategies
- Claims advice on Employer and subcontractor related issues
