Production of Extension of Time and Loss and Expense claims for final evaluation under the subcontract for the Mechanical and Electrical Contractor (Imtech), operating under JCT Design and Build form of contract. The commission included:

• Review of Sub-Contract documentation
• Formulation of a claims strategy to maximise commercial recovery and limiting liabilities.
• Forensic programme analysis
• Writing of an Extension of time claim
• Writing and determination of Quantum of the Loss and Expense claim
• Supervision of Commercial staff with respect to payment procedures, records, correspondence and Early Warning Notices
• Providing Contract and Commercial advice
• Representing the Client at meetings
