Senior Commercial Manager for a major building contractor (Osborne), operating under JCT form of contract. The role included leading the commercial team to undertake the initial procurement activities e.g.:

• Write, procure and negotiate subcontractor accounts
• Interim applications
• Identification and evaluation of Change Orders and Relevant Events together with negotiation and agreement with the client team
• Financial reporting
• Representing Osborne at client meetings
