The project consisted of the insitu construction of the Limehouse Link Bridge, controlled demolition of the existing bridge, movement into place and recommission over a weekend. Construction of 2 Viaducts and 3 bridges each of varying forms of construction, skew, prestressed, post stressed, associated track work, power and signalling across all new bridges. Tying track work into the existing systems. Retesting and configuration of the entire driverless software from Bank to Mudchute and Becton. Duties included:

• Subcontract negotiation
• Procurement
• Monthly valuations
• Variation Orders
• Final account agreement of Variation orders
• Preparation of as-built programmes
• Preparation of Extension of time claim and negotiation of cause and effect analysis to the contract programme
