Responsible for all matters relating to the design and building of waste infrastructure facilities over various regions of the UK, under a 6 year framework agreement utilizing the NEC conditions of contract. Duties included:

• Initial tender and pre-contract negotiations

• Negotiation of annual regional packages
• Subcontract and design procurement and management
• Contract and Commercial management of regional contracts
• Financial reporting
• Agreement of all accounts, variations, extensions of time etc.
• Representation at board level on strategic framework direction
• Member and chair of the independent dispute resolution board, for parties within the framework agreement
